Why I started Command & Palette
When I book a restaurant, a hotel or a treatment in Thailand, I do what everyone does: find the place on Google Maps, read the reviews, then tap through to the website. Very often there isn't one. And when there is, it's slow, broken on a phone, or looks like it hasn't been touched in fifteen years.
Thai businesses are great at social media. But most don't own a website that brings customers to them directly, so they rely on marketplaces and give away margin and customer relationships they should keep.
I saw a clear gap: very few studios build fast, modern websites for these businesses and care whether those sites actually bring in customers. Command & Palette is how I'm closing that gap, one business at a time.
